Pawan Mishra

Pawan has over two decades of experience in Fintech and Wealth Management technology, including 17 years at Fidelity Investments. While at Fidelity, Pawan held multiple leadership roles and led the development of the platform that powers Fidelity’s Wealth Management offerings. He has been an early investor in Crypto and acted as an advisor to various Blockchain projects. Pawan holds a Master’s in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology and is also a bestselling author.

Neeraj Mathur

Neeraj is a technology executive with over 25 years of global experience in leadership roles at Deloitte, Sanofi and SickKids. He started working with blockchain technology in 2015, investigating its use cases for drug supply chains. Since then, Neeraj has been an active investor in digital assets and public blockchain networks. He combines his deep technical knowledge with extensive experience in compliance to help people invest with confidence in crypto. Neeraj holds a Master’s in Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Nishant Tiwary

Nishant is an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and holds a Master’s in Operations Research. He is an experienced executive in Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Finance, Fundraising, and M&A. He has been instrumental in many high-stake/multi-billion-dollar business initiatives and helped establish Edelweiss Financial Services as one of India’s leading investment banks. Nishant has worked for over two decades in the banking industry working for JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, RBC Capital Markets and Edelweiss.

Ty Smith

Ty is currently a senior at North Carolina State University, and working towards a Bachelors in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. He is eagerly beginning his career journey in finance and digital asset management at Myrtle Nexgen.

Jonathan is the founder of Iterative Law and has 15+ years of experience in securities, M&A, finance and commercial matters, working with startups and blue chip companies in various industries, including Crypto. Previously, he was a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and a lawyer at Bennett Jones LLP.
